Mid Year Check

Half of 2017 is now gone.  How are you making out?  Is this your year to make some changes? To have more fun? To try something new?  To start crossing things off your “Bucket List”?

Whatever goals you made for the year, now is the time to check in.  Summer is a great time to re-evaluate because we usually have more time off to relax and reflect.  Spend some sunny summer time with pen and paper.  Write down all the things you want to do and when – be specific; include time frames.  Putting it to pen and paper makes it more real; makes us more accountable.

If you are having a hard time, spend some time in meditation for clarity and focus.  Take some time to journal so you can organize thoughts and maybe let some sh!# go that you need to release to move forward.
