Have any of you been eating a little too much this summer? Maybe drinking a little more than you should? Did you let your fitness schedule slide?
Fall is typically a second reboot for our wellness intentions; New Years being the first. Back to school brings with it the guilt of not taking care of ourselves in the summer….but hopefully we got some R&R and are hitting fall with a renewed outlook after the not so dog days of this summer!
Find something that works for you. Perhaps something on my schedule piques your interest or maybe I can help you with something not on the schedule. Whatever it is if you find something that you like you are more likely to stick with it!
So put on your pants, suck in your gut so you can get them done up and get out there!!!
